JLF Sponsors Interfaith Panel Discussion Series

Part of our new Diversity in Religion project, this half hour program will feature one or two current themes. The panel includes Jewish community leader and philanthropist, Marvin Jubas, along with Father James Heft, President of the Institute for Advanced Catholic Studies at the University of Southern California and Rabbi Amy Bernstein, senior Rabbi at Kehillat Israel, as regulars. Notable guests are Christian Egyptian Arab film producer/director, Wahid Boktor, and Jewish Chaplain Jennifer Eaves Nye who serves as Associate Spiritual Leader at Valley Outreach Synagogue. Our program is an opportunity to discuss the role of religion today and invite guests from diverse religious communities to join the panel.
