Shabbat Sounds is a music-centered initiative that showcases the diversity, creativity, and spiritual power of contemporary Jewish music. Filmed in communities throughout North America, the series features cantors, musicians, songwriters, and performers who are reimagining Jewish prayer and Jewish music for a new generation.

 

The program serves as both a cultural archive and a living celebration of Jewish creativity, helping viewers connect to Jewish tradition through song, storytelling, and shared spiritual experience. The series grew from the highly successful JLTV Shabbat broadcasts that have connected viewers across North America since the pandemic era.
